Builds and maintains Convex's dashboard UI, integrations, billing systems, and product platforms. Collaborates with customers and leadership to prioritize features, emphasizing UX, reliability, and business impact in a high-growth startup.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build and maintain Convex’s platforms, dashboard UI, integrations, billing and other services.
- Work directly with customers and company leadership to shape plans for what features we need to build.
- Develop a strong understanding of what matters for our customers and what matters for our business and leverage this to make tradeoffs and discern between competing priorities.
- Help establish good practices and reliability guidelines as we scale up our team and systems.
- Write a bunch of cool product and platform code.

Compensation
- Salary range: >$170,000 + equity + benefits
