Fixed Asset Manager
Coordinate tenant improvement construction, track against production ramp, manage punch/turnover and construction paperwork (RFIs, submittals, change orders) for AI data center factories. Requires commercial/industrial construction coordination experience from owner/GC side and managing TI in operating facilities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate tenant improvement construction at the factory: daily interface between our teams and the general contractor.
- Track construction against the production ramp: which areas hand over when, and what breaks if they don't.
- Run the punch and turnover process so operations gets space that actually works.
- Manage the paperwork spine: RFIs, submittals, and change orders logged, answered, and closed.
Requirements
- Coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
- Managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production.
- Keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from.
- Walk the site daily and your punch lists close.
- Escalate schedule threats with evidence and options.
