Own public affairs and community relations for Fluidstack's data center and power infrastructure projects. Build local support through town halls and coalitions, manage media and opposition responses, and partner with internal teams to align external messaging with project realities.

Responsibilities
- Own public affairs for data center and power projects: local officials, community groups, and the public record.
- Build support in the communities where we build: town halls, briefings, and the relationships that keep projects moving.
- Run the response when a project draws attention, media, hearings, and opposition, with a plan instead of a scramble.
- Partner with development, legal, and government relations so the external story matches the project reality.
Requirements
- Experience in public affairs or community relations for infrastructure, energy, or land development projects.
- Ability to stand in front of a skeptical room and leave it calmer than you found it.
- Experience building coalitions of local stakeholders that showed up when it counted.
- Strong writing skills: fast and clean production of talking points, letters, and testimony.
- Ability to track the politics of a county the way analysts track a market.
Nice-to-Haves
- Data center or utility siting experience.
- Campaign or government experience.
- Crisis communications experience.
- Familiarity with Texas or upstate New York markets.
