Provides personalized mentoring, technical deep dives, project walkthroughs, and group Q&A sessions for learners in AI-related Nanodegree programs. The independent contractor works flexibly while supporting a global technical learning community.

Responsibilities

1:1 Video Calls

  • Provide personalized support by addressing learner questions related to course content and projects.
  • Review learners' previous project submissions, when available, and specific Nanodegree content or projects where learners have expressed confusion or difficulty.

Virtual Technical Deep-Dive Sessions

  • Prepare slide presentations reviewing Nanodegree concepts in greater detail.
  • Share use cases to broaden learners' perspectives and understanding.
  • Host question-and-answer sessions with learners.
  • For project walkthroughs, outline each rubric element and explain expectations and common problem areas.
  • Grade sample submissions to demonstrate what mentors look for when reviewing projects.

Group Q&A Sessions

  • Host regular Slack or video sessions addressing learner questions about projects and coursework.
