Provides personalized mentoring, technical deep dives, project walkthroughs, and group Q&A sessions for learners in AI-related Nanodegree programs. The independent contractor works flexibly while supporting a global technical learning community.

Responsibilities
1:1 Video Calls
- Provide personalized support by addressing learner questions related to course content and projects.
- Review learners' previous project submissions, when available, and specific Nanodegree content or projects where learners have expressed confusion or difficulty.
Virtual Technical Deep-Dive Sessions
- Prepare slide presentations reviewing Nanodegree concepts in greater detail.
- Share use cases to broaden learners' perspectives and understanding.
- Host question-and-answer sessions with learners.
- For project walkthroughs, outline each rubric element and explain expectations and common problem areas.
- Grade sample submissions to demonstrate what mentors look for when reviewing projects.
Group Q&A Sessions
- Host regular Slack or video sessions addressing learner questions about projects and coursework.
