Shape the visual expression of the Nooks brand
- Evolve and strengthen the Nooks visual identity across every customer touchpoint
- Establish creative standards, design systems, and templates that create consistency while allowing the brand to evolve
- Ensure every piece of creative reinforces the quality, personality, and ambition of the Nooks brand
Bring our biggest ideas to life
- Design creative for our most important launches, campaigns, original research, executive thought leadership, customer stories, and marketing initiatives
- Partner with Growth Marketing to develop compelling, high-performing creative for paid campaigns, social advertising, and demand generation programs that capture attention and drive action
- Translate marketing strategy into visually compelling stories that resonate across every channel and stage of the buyer journey
- Help raise the creative bar across every marketing function
Lead visual design for the Nooks website and major digital experiences
- Partner with Growth Marketing to continuously improve website performance through thoughtful design and user experience
- Create digital experiences that are both beautiful and effective
Design unforgettable in-person experiences
- Design the creative identity for executive programs, customer experiences, conferences, field marketing programs, and experiential activations
- Develop booths, signage, presentations, printed materials, environmental graphics, and supporting creative assets that elevate the Nooks brand
- Ensure every in-person experience feels polished, premium, and unmistakably Nooks
Build a scalable creative studio
- Build a trusted network of agencies, freelancers, illustrators, motion designers, photographers, and other creative partners
- Art direct external partners to ensure consistently exceptional work
- Leverage AI to accelerate creative workflows while maintaining a high standard of craft
- Develop creative processes that help the marketing organization move quickly without sacrificing quality
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Brand Design, Creative, or Visual Design at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or creative agency
- Exceptional taste and creative judgment: you know the difference between work that simply looks good and work that creates lasting brand impact
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across campaigns, advertising, brand systems, web, editorial, presentations, and experiential marketing
- Experience designing across both digital and physical environments
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, storytelling, and brand identity
- Experience art directing agencies, freelancers, photographers, illustrators, or other creative partners
- Ability to balance craft with speed in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity about AI and excitement for using it to improve creative workflows without compromising quality
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across every function within Marketing
