About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow SentiLink’s insurance business by prospecting and developing relationships with carriers, MGAs, insurtechs, and insurance technology platforms.
  • Own enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Build trusted relationships with fraud, underwriting, identity, risk, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Help shape SentiLink’s insurance go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive customer success and inform product direction.
  • Navigate complex buying processes and align stakeholders across business, operational, and technical teams.
  • Stay current on insurance fraud, identity, and regulatory trends impacting the industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling fraud, identity, security, risk, compliance, or decisioning solutions.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level relationships.
  • Experience selling into insurance organizations.
  • Familiarity with underwriting, onboarding, fraud, identity, or risk-related workflows preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $250,000-$280,000 OTE + equity + benefits
