Senior Application Product Manager - Oracle & AI

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand IT pain points, focusing on Oracle, system transformation, and enterprise modernization.
• Collaborate on innovation topics including infrastructure mining, AI, cybersecurity, IT service management, and enterprise architecture.
• Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation and development through scaling solutions across Celonis customers.
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to develop innovative IT solutions.
• Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to guide and influence feature development.
• Partner with UX teams to define product user experiences.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in solution engineering, implementation consulting, business analytics, product management, operations research, or comparable roles.
• Expert data analysis skills using SQL, PQL, and Python.
• Required experience with Oracle ERP, including EBS and/or Fusion.
• Project management experience with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented problem solver who is self-motivated, works independently, and collaborates effectively across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Very good spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• SAP or other ERP experience.
• Experience supporting an Oracle system transformation, such as Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• German language skills.
