Senior Application Product Manager - Supply Chain - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Conduct collaborative discovery workshops to identify root causes and operational inefficiencies, translating customer needs into technical scopes and solution blueprints.
• Deploy customer-specific context models, data structures, and end-to-end supply chain blueprints on the Celonis platform.
• Own customer deployments from kickoff through production, presenting architectural solutions and strategic value narratives to stakeholders and executives.
• Design, validate, and test decision-intelligence functions, including optimization algorithms and predictive models.
• Translate deployment learnings into reusable semantic entities and modular context libraries.
• Prototype on the platform, connect data, build AI-driven solutions, and iterate with end users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a comparable technical, customer-facing role such as solution engineering, product engineering, technical product management, founding/forward-deployed engineering, or implementation consulting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and procurement workflows, with the ability to connect operational bottlenecks to strategic AI solutions.
• Experience building coherent end-to-end solutions.
• Expertise in data analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of LLM orchestration, tool use and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, prompt engineering, and agentic enterprise-workflow patterns.
• Experience with enterprise architectures; ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and MRP logic are advantageous.
• Demonstrated project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Celonis platform-native tools such as PQL.
• Knowledge of German.
