Responsibilities
- Define elegant, high-performance computing, sensing, communication, and power systems supporting fixed-wing aircraft products.
- Contribute to and lead multiple product design cycles involving logic, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering.
- Navigate development cycles, overcome obstacles, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve hardware development projects and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, project success, and aircraft reliability.
- Maintain high standards, demonstrate extreme ownership, and collaborate effectively with teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of industry experience as an electrical engineer.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
- Proven experience successfully shipping products in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and meet project deadlines.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $230,000–$350,000.
