FP&A Manager
Own FP&A for a high-growth technology business, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and strategic business partnering. The role requires 5–7 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience and strong modelling and ERP skills.

Responsibilities
- Own monthly management accounts and the month-end close process, partnering with accounting on accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain team-level P&Ls and track spend and performance against plan.
- Lead compensation and headcount modelling with People & Culture.
- Run annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles from assumptions through executive sign-off.
- Improve financial data and reporting in NetSuite, including automation and reduced manual effort.
- Deliver modelling for pricing, market expansion, business cases, scenario planning, and other strategic decisions.
- Support investor and board reporting with accurate numbers and clear narratives.
- Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and People & Culture.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS business.
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, or a strong quantitative background in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Advanced financial modelling skills, including driver-based operating models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and headcount and compensation planning.
- Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
- Experience with modern planning or BI tools.
- Strong month-end and management reporting experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
- Proven business partnering skills and ability to explain variances to non-finance leaders.
- Ability to prioritize recurring cycles and ad hoc requests across a broad remit.
- Right to work in Australia.
