Leads the end-to-end creation, presentation, and live-production execution of high-impact AI demonstrations across events and strategic programs. The role combines technical fluency, workflow design, storytelling, executive presentation, and cross-functional operational leadership.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demo experience across OpenAI-hosted summits, webinars, third-party industry events, and strategic executive demonstrations.
- Translate approved product positioning, OpenAI capabilities, and audience needs into compelling narratives, believable customer workflows, and clear takeaways.
- Build high-fidelity demo environments, working applications, and agent-driven workflows using ChatGPT Work, Codex, approved data, and connected tools.
- Present live demonstrations to executive, technical, and industry audiences, adapting the story and level of detail in real time.
- Lead technical and live-production readiness, including presenter rehearsals, capability validation, known limitations, troubleshooting, and recovery plans.
- Design cohesive experiences across keynotes, breakouts, demo theaters, booths, webinars, and attendee-facing activations.
- Partner with Product, Research, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, GTM, and Events.
- Create reusable narratives, reference demonstrations, presenter guidance, approved assets, and audience-specific adaptations.
- Prioritize requests based on strategic audience value, customer benefit, product readiness, reuse potential, and team capacity.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical product marketing and/or technical success roles.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design end-to-end workflows and experiences.
- Technical fluency with APIs, AI systems, data, and modern development tools.
- Experience building demos, prototypes, or customer-facing applications.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional live presentation skills and executive presence.
- Experience operating in high-stakes environments such as launches, conferences, or live executive demonstrations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to craft, usability, and quality.
- Ability to operate with ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and troubleshoot effectively in real time.
