Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and technical leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, align on sourcing strategies, and refine requirements as searches evolve.
- Build and execute precision-targeted searches across Engineering roles.
- Craft personalized, thoughtful outreach to engage even the most passive and competitive technical talent.
- Act as the primary top-of-funnel owner—from research and mapping through initial engagement and qualification—ensuring a positive, high-signal candidate experience.
- Leverage creative, non-traditional sourcing channels to uncover undervalued or hard-to-find talent.
- Track pipeline data, funnel health, and sourcing impact with rigor; proactively surface insights, trends, and blockers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting Operations, People Analytics, and Engineering partners to improve processes, implement new tools, and raise the bar for technical sourcing.
- Support specialized searches by identifying successors, building market maps, and maintaining calibrated slates for senior engineering roles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains.
- Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
- Strong technical acumen—you understand how complex engineering systems fit together and can quickly ramp on new domains.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches.
- Data-driven mindset; you use funnel metrics to prioritize, refine approaches, and communicate impact.
- Naturally curious, persistent, and energized by digging deep, iterating, and playing the long-term sourcing game.
- Excited about autonomy, robotics, and hard tech.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience sourcing for Systems Engineering, AV Safety, or Leadership roles.
- Proven success building diverse candidate pipelines.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Gem, and other recruiting automation tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate sourcing workflows and increase pipeline throughput.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities.
Base pay range: $132,300 - $198,445. Eligible for annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits package.
