About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set the co-marketing strategy for Mixpanel's North America partner ecosystem, prioritizing partners and programs based on pipeline potential and sales priorities.
  • Plan and lead joint programs, including webinars, launches, content, and campaigns that drive mutual pipeline with partners.
  • Own the partner marketing calendar, aligning it with sales priorities and the broader North America campaign cadence.
  • Lead the creation of co-branded content and assets, including case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and web presence, in partnership with each partner.
  • Design and run field and event programs for key partners, including co-hosted events, joint sponsorships, and executive roundtables in target markets.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for North America partners, building strong external relationships.
  • Localize global partner programs and assets for the region and communicate learnings to the global partner marketing team.
  • Own partner marketing reporting, define relevant KPIs, measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and adjust programs based on results.

Requirements

  • Experience building co-marketing programs with technology partners and enabling channel or reseller partners in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from conception through measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong judgment in prioritizing partner relationships and programs and communicating investment tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within a matrixed, global marketing organization and localizing global programs for a region.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, and marketing.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring impact, with comfort discussing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Strong writing and content skills, including experience drafting co-branded, partner-facing assets.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style.
  • Based in or willing to work from the New York City or San Francisco hub.

  • Experience localizing marketing programs across multiple regions or markets.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, developer tools, or technical B2B products.
  • Experience mentoring or informally guiding regional partner marketers.
  • Established relationships with technology or channel partners in the product analytics or SaaS space.
