We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Ads team to help accelerate execution, expand our ad product capabilities, and drive customer adoption. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, has a deep understanding of ad tech and marketing automation, and can execute with speed and precision.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.
Base Salary: The salary range for this role is $165,000-$209,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.

Owns consumer onboarding, core chat experience, and acquisition funnel for AI-driven healthcare app, engineering aha moments and habit formation to drive daily user engagement. Requires 4+ years consumer product experience with strong data intuition and cross-functional execution.
Lead product strategy and roadmap for Pinterest's Connections area, driving user engagement and retention through safe, interest-based social experiences across discovery, collaboration, messaging, and notifications. Requires 7+ years PM experience with strong horizontal leadership, analytical depth, and user-centric product craft in ambiguous, high-impact spaces.
Own product vision and roadmap for 1:1 messaging and email marketing products. Drive features leveraging automation and AI, partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Leads GTM strategy for Square's Services vertical, partnering with Sales and Product to align roadmaps, unblock deals, drive revenue growth, and shape product investments based on field insights. Requires 8-12+ years in sales/product strategy with strong commercial instincts.
