Responsibilities
- Own and grow entire lines of businesses end-to-end.
- Work with autonomy on a small team of highly experienced product engineers.
- Scale the product to new countries, X0,000+ users, and high-profile enterprise logos.
- Tackle deep technical problems in areas such as authorization, customizability, observability, security, and more.
Requirements
- Senior or Staff-level engineering experience with a track record of owning complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong product mindset focused on customer outcomes and challenging the status quo.
- Ability to move with urgency and high agency.
- Experience or willingness to work in our core tech stack: Python (Django), Postgres, GraphQL (Strawberry), React + React Query, and related tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Ideas for enhancing our tech stack with new tools or technologies.
- Experience scaling products in the enterprise segment.
Compensation and Benefits
- In-person work in our SF office near Embarcadero BART, 4-5 days/week.
