Responsibilities
Manage the thought leadership process from original hypothesis to data analysis, research, and producing industry-leading insights about the healthcare system.
Partner closely with leadership to identify topics where Garner can offer a unique perspective, then conduct analysis and research.
Produce presentations that translate complex data into compelling narratives.
Deliver analysis and content to support demand generation through webinars, website, social media, and paid media.
Support leadership team in preparing for speaking opportunities, ensuring executives bring a unique perspective to healthcare benefits conversations.
Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and other teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in rigorous analytics and storytelling, preferably in management consulting, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or comparable insights-generation function.
2+ years experience using SQL, Python, R, or comparable tools to query, analyze, and manipulate data.
Ability to robustly analyze and tell a clear story based on large and complex datasets, with skill for communicating complex data points simply.
Ability to communicate concisely and compellingly, turning complex technical content into simple, clear, memorable narratives.
Ability to efficiently conduct third-party research leveraging academic and industry sources.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and keep cross-functional stakeholders on track.
Confidence and interpersonal skills to brief senior leaders and prepare them for high-profile speaking engagements.
Desire to join a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency, accountability, and commitment to feedback.

Compensation and Benefits
Target salary range: $175,000 - $195,000.
Eligible for equity incentive.
