We are looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics at Rula. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive efficient, scalable acquisition and retention strategies through data. This is a new high-impact leadership role where you’ll define how we measure marketing performance, allocate spend, and unlock growth opportunities across paid and organic channels. Leading a small team of data scientists, you will draw from your vast analytics toolkit to translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify critical insights, design and scale A/B testing frameworks to improve funnel performance and channel effectiveness, and communicate results in a clear and compelling manner. You will act as a thought partner to the Chief Marketing Officer as well as their direct reports and their teams, to help them make the best strategic and operational decisions to help Rula drive profitable growth.
