About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a product marketing lead for Postman features and services, and take ownership of the strategy to drive awareness and market penetration of key capabilities
  • Work with engineering teams to distill key functionality and benefits into customer facing value messaging
  • Craft compelling, and differentiated outbound product messaging and content (like blogs, videos, tutorials, web pages, webinars, social media that resonate with target personas)
  • Enable the field on our solutions, through training and content (e.g. pitch decks and playbooks, etc)
  • Plan and implement feature and service launches (with operational marketing teams), including creating launch materials and content to support and coordinate with team members
  • Support Postman events, third party trade shows and other events to help showcase our products to attendees

About You

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship product marketing experience or 2+ years of post-MBA management or strategy consulting experience
  • Experience in software, SaaS, Developer Tools, or DevOps
  • Experience building product positioning and messaging
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
