About the role

What You'll Own

Business Development Support & Learning by the Founder's Side

  • Join the founder on sales calls to learn the pitch, TikTok Shop strategy, objection handling, and sales process.
  • Own post-call material preparation: proposals, decks, and brand-specific recaps.
  • Build reusable proposal templates and systems for fast, on-brand follow-ups.
  • Track the pipeline, follow up with prospects, and prevent deals from going cold.

Case Studies & Content (Lead Generation)

  • Turn wins (GMV results, initiatives, creator campaigns) into polished case studies to close deals and build credibility.
  • Help produce LinkedIn and TikTok content to generate inbound leads and build a reusable content bank.
  • Build and maintain a library of proof assets and content for the sales team.

Outbound & Pipeline Growth

  • Reach out to target brands to expand the pipeline using case studies and content as hooks.
  • Help open doors, book qualified calls, and observe conversions.

Growth Into Closing

  • Ramp up to take on your own calls and start closing deals.
  • Transition from sales support into a full sales role with commission upside.

  • Strong, persuasive writer who can create clean proposals, decks, case studies, and founder content that feels human.
  • Comfortable on calls, quick learner, organized, and proactive.
  • U.S.-based with native-level English.

Compensation & Details

  • Competitive base plus commission with uncapped upside as you ramp into closing.
  • Base: $70,000 - $90,000 (exact depends on experience).
  • Fully remote, U.S.-based.
  • Full-time.
  • Reports to Founder.
