Senior Legal Counsel, International Public Sector Compliance
Senior counsel will advise international Public Sector teams on compliance, government contracting, and procurement risks across EMEA and other markets. The role requires qualified legal counsel with several years of post-qualification experience, strong cross-jurisdictional judgment, and the ability to build scalable compliance guidance.

Responsibilities
- Advise international Public Sector stakeholders on practical, risk-balanced compliance matters that support deals and go-to-market execution.
- Localize Public Sector compliance guidance for priority EMEA countries and other international markets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish guardrails, options, and consistent risk-management approaches across jurisdictions.
- Build reusable compliance playbooks, templates, and enablement materials.
- Lead internal investigations as needed, including scoping, interviews, evidence management, and written findings.
- Improve consistency and clarity in international compliance processes, including escalation and responsible decision-making procedures.
Requirements
- Qualified attorney in good standing in an EMEA jurisdiction.
- Several years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably combining in-house and law-firm experience.
- Experience advising on public-sector procurement, government contracting, or related compliance matters in EMEA.
- Ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional complexity and local requirements.
- Strong ability to turn complex, ambiguous issues into scalable guidance and systems.
- Clear, executive-ready communication and strong cross-functional influence.
