HR Operations Partner
Supports HR operations for employees and foreign nationals in Serbia, including immigration documentation, government submissions, employee records, HRIS updates, and local compliance. The role requires 2–5+ years of relevant experience, fluent Serbian, and strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Collect, coordinate, and manage documentation for foreign-national residence and work-permit submissions.
- Coordinate signatures with employees, local employment counsel, and immigration attorneys.
- Coordinate residence and work-permit submissions, including visiting local government offices to check application status.
- Coordinate government insurance applications for foreign nationals.
- Maintain trackers for work- and residence-permit applications.
- Answer or direct HR-related employee questions and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for HR activities.
- Maintain paper and electronic employee files.
- Update the Workday HRIS system as needed.
- Review and approve employment agreements and assist with supplemental benefits enrollment.
- Liaise with Workplace Operations on Health and Safety programs.
- Act as the whistleblower point of contact.
- Partner with business leaders on HR questions for all-hands meetings.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in HR or People Operations.
- Experience supporting Serbian employees and working with foreign nationals.
- Fluency in spoken and written Serbian.
- Knowledge of HR policies, local processes, and laws.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex HR matters.
- Ability to work in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and emotional intelligence.
