Technical Program Manager
The Technical Program Manager will coordinate complex semiconductor fab tool and component development from requirements through production, driving cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, software, and production teams. The role requires 5+ years managing hardware projects, strong communication, and an engineering background or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage the development of fab tools and components from requirements definition through production release.
- Drive cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, embedded/software, and production teams to meet specifications and schedules.
- Maintain the critical path, surface technical risks early, and define mitigations and alternate routes to keep projects moving.
- Communicate status, decisions, and risks proactively across teams and to leadership.
- Build lightweight project management systems for planning, communication, and visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex hardware projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on tight engineering timelines and manage trade-offs to deliver new products.
- Excellent judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management software; not tied to a particular platform.
- Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience performing hardware engineering, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with or interest in semiconductor technologies and semiconductor-specific techniques and tools.
- Experience leading new product introduction (NPI) programs and transitioning products from engineering or R&D builds through production ramp in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
