- Design products for financial institutions' trading, operations, and infrastructure workflows.
- Build the foundation and set design standards for tools in the wealth management space.
- Experiment, prototype, and validate ideas, designs, and workflows using AI tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing products.
- Belief that all products can and should be beautiful.
- Care about tiny details and user feel.
- Willingness and ability to independently figure things out.
- Effective use of AI tools for experimentation, prototyping, and validation.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on complex B2B products.
- Experience building products from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 to $275,000 (varies based on skills, experience, and interview performance).
