Impact (Responsibilities)

  • Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
  • Lead customers on transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
  • Implement technical strategy aligned with account strategy
  • Build movement of technical champions within the account
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
  • Provide structured mentorship for other team members

What We Look For (Requirements)

  • 5+ years experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) Retail/CPG accounts
  • 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity
  • Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
  • Ability to drive data-driven business transformation
  • 3+ years design/implementation in big data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle data science solutions
  • Experience maintaining/extending production data systems
  • Production programming in Python, R, Scala, or Java
