Responsibilities
- Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations while upholding a safety-centric, inclusive, and open communication culture.
- Manage administrative tasks including timesheet approval, expense reports, schedule validation, and written and oral performance feedback for direct reports and contingent workforce personnel.
- Coordinate with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers to align team execution with organizational goals.
- Become a subject-matter expert on proprietary Vehicle Operations software and mentor team members to meet company standards.
- Support contingent workforce personnel and management by clarifying assignments and expectations.
- Conduct recurring testing with a priority on safety and maintain current knowledge of Vehicle Operations.
- Use metrics and collaborate with product and program management to improve processes and products across operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a cross-functional, product-based environment.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven problem-solving and operational-efficiency improvement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues.
- Excellent driving history.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work onsite at the assigned location for all scheduled shifts.
