About the role

Responsibilities

Solutions Consultant & Overlay Enablement

  • Build and own the enablement function for ZoomInfo’s Solutions Consultant and Overlay organizations from the ground up.
  • Partner with SC and Overlay leadership to assess technical knowledge gaps and design targeted enablement solutions across ZoomInfo’s GTM Intelligence Platform (GTMIP).
  • Build and deliver role-specific enablement content and programs tailored to SC and Overlay workflows, deal motions, and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for SC and Overlay teams, building trusted relationships and proactively identifying enablement needs.

GTM Intelligence Platform Technical Enablement

  • Drive technical proficiency and adoption across the full GTMIP and broader product suite as priorities evolve.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Product Operations, and GTM Technical Teams to translate technical features, architectures, and integrations into enablement content and learning experiences.
  • Create, curate, and govern technical content, including virtual instructor-led and eLearning modules, demo videos, technical playbooks, solution templates, and FAQs.
  • Build content using Articulate 360 and Descript, and house field resources in Seismic and Allego.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities and integrations into clear, business-relevant learning experiences.
  • Design and deliver live virtual training for SC and Overlay audiences.
  • Define success metrics and track leading and lagging indicators to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Use data from Chorus, Allego, Seismic, and other tools to assess behavioral change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or product enablement; Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture; or a quota-carrying sales role with technical aptitude.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable technical training programs that drive measurable behavioral change.
  • Ability to learn and articulate complex product capabilities, technical architectures, and integrations across multiple product lines.
  • Ability to translate technical features and workflows into business value and practical field application.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong enablement project management skills across complex, competing initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to develop enablement strategies.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building programs, metrics, and relationships from scratch.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience enabling technical pre-sales audiences, including SC, SE, or Overlay teams.
  • Familiarity with revenue technology tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, and Chorus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $103,320–$162,360 USD.
  • Additional compensation, including bonus, commission, equity, and benefits, may apply.
