About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase net dollar retention through proactive upsells, cross-sells, and strong relationship management.
  • Lead client contract renewals with focus on expanding ARR and strengthening partnerships.
  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within assigned accounts to support land-and-expand strategy.
  • Create accurate proposals, statements of work, and client-facing documents.
  • Build trusted relationships with key contacts to deepen engagement and position Absorb as a strategic partner.
  • Manage sales pipeline with accuracy, reporting monthly and quarterly.
  • Become an expert in Absorb’s subscription models to guide renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects to improve sales processes.
  • Develop strong internal partnerships across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Leadership.
  • Stay current on product releases, training, and industry insights.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or related field).
  • 1-2 years of experience successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
  • Very strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing and personable nature with a sales-driven attitude; strong team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS (or Technology) sales experience.
  • Experience working with a global client base.
  • Strong MS Office skills (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience working with industry tools such as Salesforce.
