About the Role
Staff Product Manager for Huntress' SIEM product, focused on SMB and small enterprise needs. Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver affordable, low-noise SIEM solutions that reduce management overhead.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Portfolio Leader and stakeholders to set SIEM product vision and strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor research to drive strategy, pricing, and roadmap
- Articulate client needs into innovative solutions
- Create business requirements, epics, and user stories with design and engineering
- Prioritize features aligned with strategy and market needs
- Contribute to all phases of product development from discovery to launch
- Drive product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with marketing, sales, executives
- Execute product launches
- Gather customer feedback through interactions
- Translate technical information between engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives and detailed execution
- Produce mockups, wireframes, prototypes
- Manage user experience testing
- Provide product metrics (conversion, churn, MRR) with product operations
What You Bring
- 7+ years product management experience with SIEM products (SOAR bonus)
- Success driving vision and strategy
- Experience leading product innovation, delivery, launch
- Experience with AI tools like Claude
- Agile development environment and tools
- Excellent communication for epics/stories
- AWS or cloud environments
- Creative/critical thinking
- SMB product experience (benefit)
Compensation $230,000 - $250,000 base plus bonus and equity
