Fullstack Engineer
Build and launch a standalone web platform spanning product UX, system design, real-time video analytics, payments, and social integrations. The role requires 5+ years of fullstack experience with React, Redux, and Node.js and is based onsite in New York City.

Responsibilities
- Build and launch ClipBox, a standalone web platform, working closely with product and technical leadership.
- Own projects end to end, including product ideas, UX details, system design, implementation, scaling, and launch.
- Scale real-time video tracking and analytics across hundreds of thousands of videos.
- Build secure payment and payout workflows.
- Ship integrations with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram APIs, with a Discord bot planned for the ecosystem.
- Make pragmatic technology choices, iterate with AI coding tools, and contribute to product and design decisions.
- Ensure end-to-end quality and strong production performance through profiling and optimization.
- Use metrics and feature performance to guide development and ship regularly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
- Experience with React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Excellent understanding of production code-performance implications and confidence using profiling tools.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver complex features end to end.
- Ability to work in person in New York City five days per week.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building and shipping products from 0 to 1.
- Experience with Java, C#, or C++.
- Passion for the creator economy, short-form content marketing, and the games industry.
