What You Will Own
Lead a team of SDRs
Help implement processes and structures that maximize sets, completes, and ultimate revenue
SLA Accountability
Consistently coach and develop the SDRs to reach and exceed goals
Collaborate with AE leadership + Rev Ops
Use Salesforce to monitor sales funnels, projects and give accurate projections
Effectively recruit, interview, train and onboard new SDRs
Understand and internalize Weave's mission and vision and translate them into a SDR strategy
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share SDR progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
