Lead/Principal Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

Responsibilities

Identify and Frame Value

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
• Undertake value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-enhancement opportunities.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, business-process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business-software, SaaS provider, or consultancy; alternatively, relevant in-house experience in a data-mining, analytics, or intelligence center of excellence.
• Good knowledge of business software or SaaS applications, such as SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying business-process-improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners to realize value.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Experience leveraging partners in an ecosystem.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain and strategic transformation initiatives, such as shared-services transformation or system transformation.
• Expertise in one or more industries, ideally including Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
• Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops and present to German-speaking executive stakeholders.
