Member of Technical Staff - Full Stack Software Engineer
Build and operate the developer-facing web platform, APIs, and services used to train and deploy frontier AI models. The role requires strong Python and modern frontend experience, cloud and containerized deployment expertise, and end-to-end ownership of production features.

Responsibilities
- Build intuitive web interfaces for AI workload management and monitoring.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services in Python.
- Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and operation.
- Create real-time monitoring and debugging tools for platform users.
- Implement user-facing features for resource management and job control.
- Deploy and operate services on cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and developer experience improvements.
Requirements
- Strong Python backend development experience, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
- Modern frontend development experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Tailwind.
- Experience building developer tools, dashboards, or platform products.
- RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms; GCP experience is a plus.
- Experience with containerized deployments.
- Infrastructure automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Bias toward shipping, production-code ownership, and pragmatic engineering judgment.
Nice to Have
- Interest in or exposure to ML/AI workloads.
- WebSocket or real-time systems experience.
- Open-source contributions.
- Observability tooling experience with Prometheus or Grafana.
- Prior early-stage startup experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation range of $150,000–$300,000, plus significant equity incentives.
