APAC Campaigns & Content Lead
Leads APAC integrated campaigns and content programs spanning product launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives. The role requires strong regional localization, messaging, program management, marketing technology, measurement, and AI-enabled campaign execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead APAC integrated campaigns from brief through launch and retrospective, including positioning, messaging, channel plans, asset plans, and timeline management across priority markets.
- Own campaign content and assets end-to-end, including content strategy, narratives, key messages, core asset production, modular messaging, and localization toolkits.
- Deliver sales enablement content such as one-pagers, pitch decks, customer stories, and talk tracks to support pipeline creation and conversion.
- Create local creative assets for APAC campaigns.
- Partner with country and regional marketers to execute campaigns across APAC.
- Bring global campaigns and product launches to APAC, create new APAC campaigns, and package successful campaigns for global rollout.
- Own campaign performance reporting, synthesize learnings, recommend optimizations, and share readouts with stakeholders.
- Establish an AI-forward campaigns and content operating system.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B integrated campaigns and content programs in APAC.
- Strong judgment about effective approaches across APAC markets and segments.
- Excellent messaging, storytelling, positioning, and campaign-copy skills.
- Strong program management skills for multi-stakeholder launches, tight timelines, clear briefs, and high-quality deliverables.
- Deep localization sensibility for APAC, especially high-context markets such as Japan.
- Familiarity with APAC marketing and sales technology stacks and measurement, including Salesforce.com, Marketo or Customer.io, web analytics, UTM hygiene, and campaign reporting.
- An AI-forward approach, with experience using and operationalizing AI for research, ideation, content versioning, reporting, and team enablement.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Sydney, Australia.
- In-person collaboration is required on Mondays and Thursdays, with potential additional office days depending on the team or position.
