- Implement programs to gather developer feedback and communicate to users
- Build and refine product adoption loops through content, product improvements, and community nurturing
- Assist on Open Source initiatives (CLI, Nixpacks, Templates)
- Craft resources to grow the developer ecosystem and ensure seamless user experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (writing, video, practical projects)
- Enthusiasm for Railway product and ability to share insights with developers
- Sense of direction and prioritization in ambiguous startup environment
- Comfortable in multiple languages/stacks; create educational content on deployments (public cloud vs Railway)
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
