Owns and scales employee lifecycle, engagement, manager development, culture, and internship programs for a fast-growing technology company. The role requires 3–5 years of end-to-end people-program ownership, strong operational design, vendor and budget management, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the employee lifecycle experience, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes, designing programs that scale with headcount.
  • Lead culture and engagement programming, including onsites, offsites, biweekly events, recognition, and ERGs, in partnership with Workplace.
  • Own the shared culture and engagement calendar end to end.
  • Design and run engagement surveys, pulse checks, and quarterly listening tours, translating results into program changes.
  • Build manager-facing infrastructure, including development surveys, self-service tools, and feedback-cycle facilitation.
  • Turn ad hoc programs such as swag and conference perks into repeatable, budgeted processes with clear ownership and cadence.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across events, swag, and conferences.
  • Report program impact to leadership.
  • Run the internship program independently from design through execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience running people programs end to end at a technology company or high-growth startup.
  • Experience independently owning onboarding or performance cycles, including design, execution, and iteration.
  • Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Strong program design and process documentation skills.
  • Track record of tying people programs to measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills for internal communications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting or building employee resource group programs.
  • Background spanning both lifecycle programs and culture or events work.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and survey tools such as Workday, Lattice, and Culture Amp.
