Responsibilities
- Own the SCADA layer for Dandy’s manufacturing machines and serve as the technical point of contact for communication and control architecture.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and third-party integrators to build and ramp machines from proof of concept through high-volume production.
- Define and lead implementation of a standardized machine-software platform supporting testing, observability, releases, and related capabilities.
- Perform hands-on work with full-scale production equipment, including commissioning, mass production, and ramp-up.
- Collaborate with teams across a broad range of technical expertise.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Substantial manufacturing-software experience, including SCADA—ideally Ignition—and PLC programming.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and full-stack development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and able to manage work independently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $198,400–$248,000.
