Requirements
- Extensive professional software development experience, including building backend services.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and contribute to the architecture of complex distributed systems.
- Understanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with senior peers.
- Experience building services with Java, SQL, and AWS.
- Demonstrable knowledge of using AI in a professional engineering environment.
- Interest or experience in the financial industry or wealth management.
