About the role

What you'll do

  • Build in public: Ship demos, prototypes, and technical content across X threads, short-form video, YouTube, livestreams, podcasts that demonstrate Composio capabilities with agents and tools.
  • Own our voice: Manage presence on X and LinkedIn; grow your own technical voice in the AI community.
  • Show up in the real world: Represent Composio at SF meetups, hackathons, and developer conferences; build relationships with agent builders and share learnings.
  • Bias towards action: Ship narrow, signal-generating content quickly, measure impact, iterate or kill ideas.
  • Work across the company: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to translate developer feedback into product improvements and positioning.

Requirements

  • Technical credibility: Can build with our API/SDK, wire up APIs, and ship interesting demos (real coding experience required).
  • Genuinely enjoys being public: Energized by posting, filming, speaking, being on camera; makes technical concepts legible and exciting.
  • Strong taste and timing: Distinguishes genuinely cool developer content from marketing; opinionated with high bar for quality; prefers killing mediocre work.
  • Comfortable across formats: Moves fluidly between text, video, audio, stage.
  • AI-native: Builds with LLMs; stays current with AI ecosystem.
  • Owner mindset: Takes goals, decides on deliverables, ships, measures, iterates without waiting for direction.
  • Human: Builds trust and admits knowledge gaps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Based in SF or open to relocation.
  • Existing audience or track record of building in public.
  • Hands-on experience with agents, LLMs, MCP, and modern AI dev stack.
  • Presence in AI community via open source, writing, or building in public.
