Senior Product Manager, Cluster Linking
Own the strategy, adoption, packaging, and growth of Confluent’s Cluster Linking product across disaster recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication. The role requires 5+ years of technical product management experience and strong influence across engineering, sales, customers, and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Launch and drive adoption for a one-click disaster recovery initiative.
- Define real-time stream sharing across organizations, including security, networking, access controls, and scalability.
- Develop capabilities that enable customer migrations to Confluent through a few clicks or API calls.
- Segment and repackage Cluster Linking for disaster recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication; define packaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Partner strategically with engineering to understand tradeoffs, make decisions quickly, and advance the product.
- Work directly with customers to guide architectures, communicate the product roadmap, gather feedback, and balance near-term opportunities with long-term direction.
- Drive adoption through seller and solutions engineer campaigns, webinars, and subject-matter-expert coordination.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams across engineering, field, sales, finance, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products.
- Experience shipping technical products and driving measurable outcomes.
- Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to drive work independently.
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong ownership and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear action.
- Understanding of segmentation, packaging, pricing, and market impact.
- Clear communication skills for technical documentation, executive audiences, customers, and leadership.
