Strategy & Execution Manager
Serve as the Strategy & Operations business partner to the EE/Startup leadership team, redesigning high-volume GTM operating models, owning forecasting/territory planning, and building AI-native workflows.
Drive revenue operations and strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. Analyze performance data, build dashboards, and lead cross-functional projects to improve GTM efficiency.

Builds and scales revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a high-growth SaaS company. Owns GTM processes, CRM data integrity, forecasting, analytics, and tech stack optimization with strong analytical and cross-functional skills.
Build and operate systems, processes, and data infrastructure for Rillet's revenue engine as Revenue Operations Manager. Own forecasting, Salesforce, commissions, CPQ, territory planning, lead routing, and GTM analytics; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and CS in a high-growth SaaS environment.
