Responsibilities
- Own a sales cycle, collaborating with athletic directors and coaches to ensure schools and teams have what they need.
- Close sales face-to-face in territory, plus phone and online demos.
- Work across multiple sports, understanding customer personas for video analysis benefits.
Must-Haves
- At least 2 years B2B sales experience with track record of achieving/exceeding goals.
- Self-motivated to beat records and continuously improve.
- Strong organizational skills to manage territory and prospects in remote environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- SaaS sales experience.
- Background as athlete, coach, or administrator in club/high school sports.
- Prior Salesforce usage.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $40,000—$50,000 USD
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000—$100,000 USD
