Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process and ship features across mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional partners from conception through execution using a user-centered approach.
• Use AI tools for concepting, prototyping, research synthesis, and identifying repeatable workflows for automation.
• Conduct customer interviews, collect data, test prototypes, and translate research insights into outcomes.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops.
• Create intuitive design flows, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web.
• Contribute to the design system, design critiques, brainstorming, and the broader design practice.
• Advocate for change and communicate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Help designers and teams adopt AI tools effectively and shape the team’s AI practice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years designing user-centered experiences.
• Experience rapidly building fluency in unfamiliar domains through user research.
• Knowledge of and personal investment in sports is particularly valuable but not required.
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
• Experience designing and shipping multiple native iOS and Android experiences, including their interaction patterns, constraints, and opportunities.
• A portfolio with at least two detailed case studies demonstrating impact, process, sketches, collaboration, and reflection.
• Ability to break large problems into measurable, manageable parts.
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability tests, data analysis, and synthesis.
• Ability to present and explain design rationale.
• Commitment to meaningful feedback, collaboration, results, and continuous user-experience improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target salary range: $140,000–$160,000, plus incentive compensation, equity, and benefits for eligible roles.
