Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered solutions to automate marketing tasks, including AI agents for creative brief routing and content translation.
- Develop hybrid AI solutions that augment human workflows and provide seamless user experiences.
- Create and manage API integrations to ingest data from marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Monday.com into custom AI solutions.
- Improve CRM data quality through automated lead-to-account matching, duplicate record removal, and data enrichment.
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams on AI solutions for content generation, including press releases and social media copy, and real-time market trend analysis.
- Measure and optimize the business impact of AI solutions.
- Research and recommend AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in development or engineering, with hands-on experience building and deploying production-level applications, bots, or automated workflows.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and libraries for data manipulation such as Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation frameworks or platforms such as LangChain, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs using REST and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of large language models and advanced prompt engineering.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to build user-centric, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
