Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
- Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews.
- Own and ship products, talk to customers, develop plans, and deploy code multiple times per day.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
- CS degree from a top university.
- Strong product sense.
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously.

- Fully serverless backend on AWS with Go microservices.
- React/TypeScript for web, desktop, and mobile client applications.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 (determined by experience and expertise).
