Responsibilities
Model Safety Across Clouds
- Own the multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for safeguards covering data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement across cloud partners.
- Design product experiences and operational paths for eligibility criteria, verification, and controls for differentiated capabilities serving higher-trust organizations.
- Build threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to detect and address misuse consistently.
- Drive transparency commitments regarding data access, review, and enforcement.
Fraud & Abuse
- Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings, including bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks.
- Define fraud signals exchanged with cloud partners and translate them into product requirements supporting growth initiatives.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Engage enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to translate requirements into roadmap priorities.
- Serve as the product counterpart to trust and safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft.
- Work with Safeguards, Inference, Policy, Security, Legal, and multi-cloud engineering teams to ship coherent controls across three clouds.
- Partner with sales and partnerships on enterprise evaluations involving data-handling and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams on external safeguards positioning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of product experience in platform product roles involving high-scale, enterprise-facing, or developer-facing software.
- High autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, with a record of execution across teams and organizations.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to create clarity from complexity.
- Ability to explain policy and systems tradeoffs to lawyers, engineers, go-to-market teams, and partner executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product experience in trust and safety, security, privacy, or compliance.
- Experience building or shipping products with a hyperscaler as a partner.
- Experience owning a top-line revenue target alongside a counter-risk outcome such as fraud loss, abuse rate, compliance authorization, or enforcement program.
- Direct experience on a trust and safety, fraud, or security product team at AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, or at an ISV distributed through their marketplaces.
- Background in AI safety, content moderation, or abuse-detection systems.
- Experience designing incident-response or escalation processes spanning multiple companies.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $305,000–$385,000 USD.
