Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deployments across home health and hospice agencies — from discovery through go-live, owning the full mapping of each partner's org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration
Configure and deploy Claim Health's AI agents to match each partner's workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations
Identify where Claim Health can genuinely improve a process and prescribe a better way forward
Write SOPs where they don't exist and build the deployment playbooks and onboarding guides that scale the process
Translate customer requests into precise, well-scoped product asks that engineering can act on
Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff
Requirements
2–5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or a forward-deployed role
Track record of leading deployments and owning go-lives end-to-end
Meticulous organization and ability to manage multiple clients, configurations, and open items simultaneously
Process fluency to absorb how an organization works, identify breakdowns, and prescribe better paths
Genuine technical depth to diagnose problems, translate customer needs into product requests, and operate without engineering support on routine issues
Multi-level communication skills — credible with executives, middle management, and frontline workers
First-principles problem solver
Calm under pressure and end-to-end ownership
Technical enough to diagnose integration and data flow issues independently (coding ability is a strong plus)

Healthcare or health tech background preferred
RCM or authorization experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with home health, hospice, or post-acute care operations
