Deployment Specialist
Lead end-to-end client deployments for an AI revenue platform in post-acute care. Own go-lives, configure AI agents, translate customer needs into product requests, and run training across clinical and RCM teams.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployments across home health and hospice agencies — from discovery through go-live, owning the full mapping of each partner's org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration
- Configure and deploy Claim Health's AI agents to match each partner's workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations
- Identify where Claim Health can genuinely improve a process and prescribe a better way forward
- Write SOPs where they don't exist and build the deployment playbooks and onboarding guides that scale the process
- Translate customer requests into precise, well-scoped product asks that engineering can act on
- Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff
Requirements
- 2–5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or a forward-deployed role
- Track record of leading deployments and owning go-lives end-to-end
- Meticulous organization and ability to manage multiple clients, configurations, and open items simultaneously
- Process fluency to absorb how an organization works, identify breakdowns, and prescribe better paths
- Genuine technical depth to diagnose problems, translate customer needs into product requests, and operate without engineering support on routine issues
- Multi-level communication skills — credible with executives, middle management, and frontline workers
- First-principles problem solver
- Calm under pressure and end-to-end ownership
- Technical enough to diagnose integration and data flow issues independently (coding ability is a strong plus)
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare or health tech background preferred
- RCM or authorization experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with home health, hospice, or post-acute care operations
- Strong academic background
