Deployment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments across home health and hospice agencies — from discovery through go-live, owning the full mapping of each partner's org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration
• Configure and deploy Claim Health's AI agents to match each partner's workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations
• Identify where Claim Health can genuinely improve a process and prescribe a better way forward
• Write SOPs where they don't exist and build the deployment playbooks and onboarding guides that scale the process
• Translate customer requests into precise, well-scoped product asks that engineering can act on
• Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff

Requirements

• 2–5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or a forward-deployed role
• Track record of leading deployments and owning go-lives end-to-end
• Meticulous organization and ability to manage multiple clients, configurations, and open items simultaneously
• Process fluency to absorb how an organization works, identify breakdowns, and prescribe better paths
• Genuine technical depth to diagnose problems, translate customer needs into product requests, and operate without engineering support on routine issues
• Multi-level communication skills — credible with executives, middle management, and frontline workers
• First-principles problem solver
• Calm under pressure and end-to-end ownership
• Technical enough to diagnose integration and data flow issues independently (coding ability is a strong plus)

Nice-to-Haves

• Healthcare or health tech background preferred
• RCM or authorization experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with home health, hospice, or post-acute care operations
• Strong academic background
