About the role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architect core pieces of our voice AI and automation platform for reliability and scalability to serve 911 centers in their most critical workflows.
  • Raise technical standards, contribute to code review and maintenance processes, and help define engineering excellence.
  • Solve hard technical problems across domains: building effective guardrails, optimizing audio pipeline latency, effectively evaluating AI performance, optimizing latency in realtime AI pipelines, building robust analytics solutions, and creating flexible solutions to integrate with customer systems.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals; know your strengths but excited to learn new skills.
  • Thrive on autonomy and constantly seek out new challenges.
