Responsibilities

  • Build robust healthcare integrations without compromising security, privacy, or quality using REST-like APIs, FHIR, and other third-party APIs
  • Scale integrations and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with health system customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integrations
  • Enhance existing systems for new functionality, performance, stability, quality, and security
  • Advocate for high standards, improve codebase, add documentation, share knowledge
  • Build user empathy and maintain user-centric mindset
  • Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years launching business-critical integrations with large enterprises
  • 2+ years VistA Integration experience
  • Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
  • Experience with REST-like APIs (FHIR), OAuth2.0, mTLS
  • Excitement about NodeJS/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform
  • Passionate about healthcare integrations
  • Ability to act autonomously while working in a team
  • Comfortable working across domains and languages
  • Strong communication with stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years healthcare data integrations
  • Experience delivering integrations with EHRs like Oracle Health/VistA
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, X12
