Disputes Analyst
Investigate and resolve cardholder disputes for a fintech platform, ensuring compliance with Regulation E and network rules while coordinating recovery with merchants and cross-functional teams.
Own end-to-end onboarding and launch of mobile marketing campaigns (SMS, MMS, RCS, Wallet) for enterprise customers. Coordinate cross-functional projects, build and QA campaigns in the platform, serve as primary customer contact, and ensure on-time, compliant launches.
The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
