Launcher / GTM Lead, GCC
Leads enterprise sales and strategic account expansion in Saudi Arabia while developing Nash’s GCC market-entry strategy. The role combines consultative selling, delivery-solution design, executive relationship building, value modeling, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Close new enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia end-to-end, from initial conversations through signed partnerships.
- Understand customer delivery operations, including order flows, carrier networks, manual processes, and cost structures.
- Design tailored Nash solutions, including applicable products, integrations, deployment sequences, and expected outcomes.
- Work with Product and Engineering to scope proposals, identify product gaps, and shape customer-driven product investments.
- Build relationships with senior operators and executives across retail, grocery, quick commerce, and logistics companies.
- Expand strategic customer accounts through operational assessments, use-case discovery, scenario modeling, and internal business cases.
- Account for PDPL data residency, Saudi riyal commercial structures, and local compliance requirements when designing and pricing solutions.
- Research GCC markets, identify high-fit markets and target accounts, map carrier ecosystems and competitors, and activate warm introductions.
- Conduct initial outreach and executive meetings in potential expansion markets and develop credible market-entry plans.
- Capture regional deal-cycle learnings, competitive positioning, pricing insights, and market nuances in a repeatable sales playbook.
Requirements and qualifications
- Experience closing enterprise deals in Saudi Arabia, particularly in retail, grocery, quick commerce, logistics, or delivery infrastructure.
- Ability to combine consultative enterprise sales with solution design and commercial development.
- Strong understanding of delivery operations, carrier ecosystems, fleet models, route optimization, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior executives and operators.
- Experience developing business cases, modeling operational scenarios, and quantifying customer value.
- Familiarity with Saudi market regulations, PDPL, data residency, local compliance, and riyal-denominated commercial structures.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop expansion strategies across GCC markets.
- Willingness to build relationships in person and travel for well-prepared regional meetings.
- Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and regional leadership teams.
Success measures
- Contribute to multiple new Saudi enterprise deals closed or in final stages within the first six months.
- Build a qualified enterprise pipeline with clear next steps.
- Complete strategic account value assessments and scope and cost new use cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on at least one customer-driven product investment.
- Complete GCC expansion research, map target accounts, and begin initial outreach.
- Contribute to meaningful new Saudi enterprise revenue within the first 12 months.
- Establish a repeatable Saudi enterprise sales approach with solution-design templates and engagement frameworks.
- Generate qualified enterprise conversations in a GCC expansion market and create an entry plan and timeline.
